EncepTALKS is Encepta's internal podcast created by Aline Marques and Brian Theodysseus as a way to share some of our most recent company news with a a sprinkle of humour and thought-provoking discussions! A good way to listen to people from various departments, learn about our team members, and allow our employees to express themselves in a casual atmosphere.

We were able to bring this idea to life with Brian as our host, and we used our general Slack channel to share the episodes with everyone. This is the first time we've done a public podcast to share a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes at Encepta with the rest of the world. We had a very special occasion to celebrate this month: RAM Consulting's 15th anniversary!

Encepta, along with Horizon Engineering, joined the RAM Family last year. Together, we're working to improve how we serve utility clients like BC Hydro, FortisBC, Metro Vancouver, and government institutions like the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and local municipalities.

RAM and Encepta share similar values, and for this episode of EncepTALKS, our host Brian Theodysseus invited Monique Snyder, Encepta's HR Generalist and Sharon Choi, Marketing and Proposals Specialist at RAM Consulting to learn more about the company's history and culture, as well as what makes us all proud to be a part of the RAM Family!
